FAQ

Questions we get asked a lot.

Anything not covered here, call (403) 555-0142 and ask. Nobody will try to sell you something.

Do you charge for quotes?

No. The walkthrough and the written quote are free, for residential and commercial alike. You get a fixed, itemized price with permits and inspection shown as line items — not as a surprise at the end.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — master electrician licensed, full commercial general liability, and WCB coverage in good standing. We will send certificates before we start work, and most property managers ask for them, so we have them ready.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Always. We pull the permit, book the inspection with the City of Calgary, and meet the inspector on site. You get the closeout paperwork when the job is signed off.

Can you work after hours in a clinic?

That is most of how we do clinic work. Loud, dusty and power-off work gets scheduled for evenings or weekends so you do not lose chair time or appointment slots. It is planned into the quote up front.

How fast can you get here for an emergency?

The 24/7 line rings a real phone. For genuine emergencies — burning smell, sparking panel, water into a circuit, a clinic with no power — we aim for same-day, and usually much sooner. After-hours call-outs carry a premium, which we tell you before we roll.

What areas do you serve?

All of Calgary and roughly 100km out — Airdrie, Okotoks, Cochrane, Chestermere, Strathmore, High River. Further afield is possible for larger commercial jobs; ask us.

Is the quote tool on this site accurate?

It gives you an honest ballpark based on the kind of work, the size and the timing — enough to know whether you are in the right neighbourhood before anyone drives out. The real number comes after the walkthrough, and it is fixed.

Do you warranty your work?

One year on workmanship, plus whatever the manufacturer gives on the parts. If something we installed fails inside that window, we come back and fix it. No argument.

Can you work with my general contractor?

Yes, and we do it constantly on clinic and tenant fit-outs. We are used to coordinating with GCs, equipment vendors, mechanical trades and building management on shutdowns.

How do I pay?

E-transfer, cheque, or credit card. Larger jobs run on a deposit and progress draws, all laid out in the quote before you sign anything.

Let's get it done properly.
